last time it happened with me, it was because i stopped giving my girl the tap before i ejaculated during oral sex. consequently, she got hit in the eye a few times. i'd also fake things a little so i'd mess her timing up. finally, she gave me the old "we're not really communicating" line.
now, i don't think that's happening here. my guess is that you're a guy, so you don't talk about emotions much, or what you pondered during the day. and time passes and things get a little stale.
