I'd think that it means she feels you're hiding something from her. Not necessarily a dirty secret or anything, but she probably thinks that you're holding back your true thoughts on an issue or your feelings about whatever's going on in your life. She probably thinks that your actions, intonations, and facial expressions just don't match up with what you're saying. My guess is that she wants you to say EXACTLY what you're feeling.
But that's just a guess. Like vanblah said, more background information would help.
