Is your dog white?
There is "small dog shaker syndrome" It occurs in mostly small white dogs..not sure why.
Or since you mention the dog was dropped it is more likely that it injured a disc or it's spine and would cause the trembling. I suggest getting an x-ray taken to be sure but that would be my best guest.
