i think for me personally, its a combination of 1. i'm an incorrigible smartass, and 2. most of the people i've known who were into the dominant end of the bdsm (and i'm not claiming i've got my finger on the pulse of that population) have a tendency to carry it with them into other facets of their lives. they like to be in control. sometimes they can get away with it - they're very intense, they're very intelligent, they're blonde with big tits and an asshole that tastes like french vanilla ice cream, but usually it falls flat for me. i suppose your op felt a little like that - you had a question, you wanted it answered in a certain way, and no bullshit about it. so i think you sort of asked for people to come in and make comments
