Thanks for the input guys. After todays release of Consumer Report (Honda Civic came out on top in its class), I am leaning towards that car now.

I have a found a great website that gives me INVOICE price for the car itself and all the options to, side by side with the MSRP.

So then, INVOICE is already inclusive of a mark-up? I had intended to make an offer of a few hundred over INVOICE, but not so sure now.

I will check out edmund.com and autobytel.com, thanks for the tip.

What is USAA? I will check it out.
