I use USAA for my loans towards cars. I've only bought used vehicles recently but I was told by them that they would be willing to negotiate a new car price when it comes time to buy. You might want to try asking your credit union if they can do that to save you a bit of money. Also, look around for your new car. You don't have to buy it from the first place you go to. Don't be afraid to leave if they start pressuring you to buy something. Remember, they are working for you, not vice-versa. Also, don't buy any extra stuff such as under car coating, optional insurance, blah, blah. Here in AZ we have the worst dealers that try and pressure you to buy stuff you don't want and I've had to walk away from some great cars just because the buttholes we have here.
