For those of you out there using Mac OS X, go to
http://colloquy.info/downloads.html
in order to download Colloquy, my favorite IRC & SILC program for Mac.
After installing, just open the program, go to
File, then
New Connection,
and enter "
irc.shadowfire.org" as the server. Put your username from TFP in (so we know who you are). Don't forget to put a check in the box marked "
Remember this connection".
A cool window will open and all you have to do is click
Join Room,
"
#tfp" is the chat room.

If anyone else wants to share their favorite Mac IRC programs, feel free. I've found the Colloquy is by far the best, but I may not have seen everything.
