Yeah... I've had 2 good squirmers (is that even a word?? lol), and you just gotta clamp your arms around their legs and hold on for dear life. I've actually enjoyed it more when the girl can't control herself.
I also agree with the "edge of the bed" technique... basically anything that eliminates their ability to use their legs to push off and move around. When you wrap your arms around, you can even pull the legs together and lock your head between her thighs... not the worst position to be in, to begin with, and they lose even more ability to buck around when you've got their legs held together like that.
