i currently use the 100% whey that was already mentioned. works great, and just over 100 calories per serving.
also remember that your body can only use about 32g's at a time. pretty much anything over that is pissed out. split your protein up through out the day.
as far as the middle, not sure if this is your thing, but i've "seen" people use clenbuterol stacked with caffeine and injected subQ into problem areas with really good results.
