Update: I think I stumped my doctor haha. She doesn't know what the problem is but I am going to go back for some tests and more exams and I guess we will start to rule things out. She was saying tenderness in that area is sometimes associated with infections/stds but that it's totally possible that it is a wound or something that hasn't healed well. Then it also could just be my anatomy. I guess we will see in a few more weeks or so. Thanks everyone for your help!
