There might be a large number of other things it could be as well. It sounds like it is time to make a doctor's appointment to let someone with experience dealing with this type of thing diagnose you.

Thanks for the link. It still doesn't make sense but I did make an appointment with my doctor for friday. She is my general doctor but she's helped me alot with other issues so it's a place to start. I guess I was hoping that it was something simple with an easy fix.
