Yes, it hurts when he uses his hand also, or a vibrator so I agree that the cervix probably isn't it.
I don't think that it's a bladder infection because I've had many urinary tract infections in the past and I know the symptoms of that type of infection. Plus it only hurts then and not all the time or anything, if it were a bladder infection I think it would hurt more often and it would be getting worse. I don't know much about how bladder stones feel, so it could be something like that.
