It all depends on your relationship with your sister... if I saw my sister... I'd tell her. Its no news to her I look at porn.. hell its no news to me that she looks at it. So for me I wouldn't have that awkward phase.. aside from viewing the actual picture of course. But yeah if there's going to be a real awkward pause and you think she'd be ashamed that you saw the picture.. anonymous email.
Though in all honesty I'd be upfront, just seems like the better thing to do.
