don't know if it's too late or anything, but my sister got the creative about a month ago and has had a ton of problems. it freezes up a lot. it has to be reset a lot. when she called tech support, they said that it's no big deal and to just reset it everytime it freezes...???? you would think there is a problem if she has to reset it so much. she sent the original one back and got a new one...same problems...so she sent the replaced one back last week and is going to get the microsoft zune.
