Every state has some type of a problem like this with their neighbors. Recently Oklahoma was invaded by cowardly Texas Democrats. Kansas has sued Colorada several times for stealing all the water out of the Arkansas River (and in Kansas the Arkansas River is pronounced Rrr-Kansas River) Every state with some form of gambling is at odds with neighbors who don't - liquor laws vary from state to state and at times these differences almost lead to war. States that border states that allow holiday and Sunday sales place a tremendous tax drain on bordering states who do not allow such sales.
