France or Quebec?
I was curious if Quebec is a lot like France, with the sidewalk cafe's, great bakeries, open air markets etc. or more like everywhere else in Canada, just a different language. I'm thinking about visiting one or the other this summer, so maybe if Quebec is similar to France, I could save some money by just driving there. I would love your input! Thanks!
