I run a lot. In fact I average anywhere from 35-42 miles per week on the tread-mill. I also lift weights after running.

With getting back to my weight, I am a little scared to start to start with whey protein. Is there any type of protein that will help me put more muscle on, but not increase my weight a lot? I am just a little scared, because I have worked really hard to get back to this weight. I do want to put on more muscle though also. Can someone point me to a product that would help.
