I run a lot. In fact I average anywhere from 35-42 miles per week on the tread-mill. I also lift weights after running.
Here are the following things I take every day:
NO Xplode-Drink for morning
Mega Men Vitamin
Universal Natural Sterol
TWINLAB Glutamine Fuel Amino Acid Pills
Xyience NOX-CG3-Drink in after noon
With getting back to my weight, I am a little scared to start to start with whey protein. Is there any type of protein that will help me put more muscle on, but not increase my weight a lot? I am just a little scared, because I have worked really hard to get back to this weight. I do want to put on more muscle though also. Can someone point me to a product that would help.
Thanks so much for your help!

Forget the product, to get rid of that fat around your abdominals this is what you need to do.
1st: wake up and eat nothing.
2nd: do as much abs as you can.
Why? Easy, because in the morning your metabolism works best, ans since you have ate nothing, your body has nothing to generate energy from, apart from that stored fat. That way you'll get rid of it.
Now an important tip: when doing your abs, keep your body guessing, if you the same thing over and over again without even the slightest alteration, your body will get used to it.
There's a nice library of ab exercises on bodybuilding.com. Just do one a day, and then alter them as you see fit.
