This has happened to me a few times. Never really on purpose, and unfortunately never with another person, but it's pretty nice to have an orgasm and then just keep going. The final orgasm, with ejaculation, also seems to be much more powerful than usual.
The Oneida Community, a little utopian commune back in the 1800s, used a practice that they called "male continence" to allow them to have lots and lots of sex without worrying about pregnancies. The males essentially trained themselves to hold back from orgasm - not quite the same as this, and probably not as rewarding, but it worked well for them: it was their only form of BC, and it was about as effective as birth control pills are today. And this was in the 1800s.
