But I do like to smack people...hmm. Bill, you have given me a lot to think about today. This could mean a whole new career path for me.
As for the "ums" and "ahs" I find the best cure is public speaking, and practicing speaking aloud on your own time. Read aloud. It helps a great deal to develop your speaking fluency.
