I recognize that elf. Almost 10 years ago I assistant directed a play where one of the actresses was terrified of a leftover Christmas elf at the theater that was the twin brother of yours. Therefore, we made DAMN sure that we hid that elf onstage in a different place each night to try and scare her into breaking character.
