I am currently compiling a set of data for a professor, and it requires the use of many comments as references. Often these references are the same in cells that are in close proximity. A search in Microsofts Help, and this forum, did not turn up anything.

So 2 questions: Is there a way to add comments to multiple cells (cut and paste is killing me); and is there an option to turn off the automatic placement of the commentors name (ie the name the software is registered to).
