PT TEST
Well I have a PT test coming up for a police dept. and have been training, its an easy test but need help getting motivated at times. Its 1 mile in 10:49 which is pretty easy, 24 push ups no stopping - 32 situps in 1 minute. and a couple of other things that are easy, however I dont want to have any surprises come test day. Any suggestion for training? staying motivated?
