Truth. Frequent small meals are better, because your body doesn't try to store food as fat (as much). You're also less likely to binge.
Too bad you're a private person. NOTHING beats a workout partner. Personal trainers are just paid workout partners once you know what you're doing.
Remember that the more you exercise, the more you FEEL like exercising. Success builds on itself.
