That's how my migraines start. I also have sinus problems. lol. Take an Excedrin, or something with acetaminophen in it (tylenol) and some caffeine. Don't look at any screens for awhile if you can help it. :P
Also, if the weather has recently changed, it might be a cluster headache. My dad gets those, and it's caused by the change in pressure and humidity. He takes a small dose of a BP medicine and doesn't get them anymore.
