It sounds to me like you need to make her feel comfortable with the idea. Maybe you could start with sexy clothes or underwear first with really nice lighting rather than jumping into nude shots right away. Then perhaps she could begin to peel away some of the clothing if she's feeling into it.
Take it slow and let her relax into the idea. Maybe make a night of it? Like foreplay....
