A real good wy to keep youself from cumming too quick is to practice more. when you have sex pull out and clamp down with the muscles that stop you from pissing/cumming (the action is called a kegel) until the urge passes then continue a bit and repeat as necessary. You can also do kegels while sitting at your desk, driving your car. start with a few reps of 4-5 seconds and build up. If you practice for 20 years or so you will beat the problem, I have (although i didn't practice too hard).
