I downloaded the new Harry Potter trailer for my daughter from IGN (link) in the QuickTime format. However, when I tried to play the video it was a green screen (although audio worked fine).
Here is a screen grab:

I am on Windows XP (SP2) and have downloaded the most recent QuickTime available from the Apple website.
To my knowledge, all video codecs are updated ... but if that may be the case, could someone give me simple instructions on how to update QuickTime codecs?
