If you quit smoking - your appetite will increase - you'll be shoving all kinds of food into your mouth in place of cigarettes (even when you're not hungry).
Then you'll gain so much weight, you'll <i>have</i> to go to the gym to exercise.
So quitting smoking is a logical start point. But you knew that, right?
You really need to keep yourself properly hydrated, too - working outside all day and not drinking water isn't healthy at all.
