I can do that too. The trick for me is to pause and be completely still for 5 to 10 seconds after each orgasm so the initial extreme sensitivity goes away, then increase the speed and force a little bit after each orgasm. If you are uncircumcised or circumcised and still have some of your frenulum (inner foreskin, underside of penis), focus on that area, not the head.
