Sorry had to interject with my op about the Stones...... They haven't done anything relevant since Brian Jones' dismissal and death.
Mick and Keith can burn in that commercialized Hell with Gene Simmons, Paul McCartney and a few others.
As for the topic, Phil Collins and Genesis were great, they helped shape the 80's for me. Their music and lyrics are damned good. Not Ray Davies/KINKS good but up there.
