Ok so, here's the deal. I'm tired of being a fatty
(who isn't?)
Ok so a little about me, 6'6" 300 lbs even. Used to be a truck unloader and my all time lowest with my bone structure and build that I could attain by busting my arse on labor (completely untargeted muscular growth and calories burnt) was 265.
I'm back to 300 now 3 years later after 2 call center jobs, (sit on YOUR ass for 8 hours a day and tell me it doesn't happen)
Right now My calorie intake is pretty much either nothing, or far too much, I'm either in starvation mode, or overeating, so this is the 1st thing I need to reel in. I haven't eaten in 2 days, hungry, but don't feel like eating.
I'm generally shy about anything that will put in in the view of other people, call it being self concious but I'd prefer some sort of private work out, or night jogging might be a valid suggestion.
I'm not sure what kind of information one needs, but I'm completely uneducated on diets and/or exercise.
I've quit with the damned computer games and lazy behavior, but I'm getting tired of spending all my time being out and being social when i don't feel that good about myself, so I need to divert that time to self improvement.
and so...
where would you say I start?
