If you're into guitar rock, you might check out the Guitar Hero games for the PS2 as well. They're expensive, but LOADS of fun. GH can probably be had for $60 or less (for the game and guitar-shaped controller) these days, but GHII (which came out today) will run you $80 (for the game and controller). I'm not a big gamer, but I have spent many hours on Guitar Hero, and already 5 or so on GHII.

Also, I dunno if you have a Best Buy in your area, or if your BB will have the same deal, but my BB today had the following offer going:

GH2 game and controller (the bundle costs $80 regularly), extra guitar (I think this is around $40 typically) to allow for multiplayer mode, and a PS2 console (I'm assuming this comes with the standard single controller) for around $200 (I think it might have been $209). I think the PS2 is running about $130 these days, so if you look at it as if you're paying full price for the game and controllers, you're basically getting the console for $70 or $80. Not a bad deal...
