I'll agree that $40 lap dances are way overpriced. I usually don't go for lap dances at all, and the only ones I've ever had were bought for me, but I don't think anyone ever paid more than $20 and we get it for 2 songs in the bars I used to frequent.
I've given up on those places. When I first turned 21, I was there all the time. Of course it helped that I knew a someone who worked there, so as soon as I walked in she was on my lap, but still I find them to be incredible wastes of money.
