Ok, I'm going to go a different direction and suggest that she's not turned on enough. See, when a woman gets turned on her vagina elongates, widens, and her cervix tucks back out of the way of the penis. The more turned on she is, the more out of the way her tiddily bits are. If both you and her are convinced that she's getting turned on enough, then it probably is just a size issue, which is totally normal and easily worked around.
