It's not about the amount of time you've spent here, or how long you've had a membership. It's about quality of posts and contribution. People can post a lot, but if they're not good posts, they won't advance. But if you post only infrequently or lurk, you won't advance either.
Post more, and post quality posts, and you'll advance.
