Contact the police, fight this, they get paid to help you. You should have called imidiatly, the thief may have left prints as he was feeling around in the cubby. Is there anything special about your PSP that makes it identifiable as yours?
for the future mark all expensive things in 2 places, my graphing calculator is marked in one obvious place, the back, and on the inside of the case, any one can steal it and scratch my name off the out side, but it take allot of work to get inside, I doubt they will check inside of it.
