I make it a personal quest to never be late to anything, and to be there a good 15 minutes ahead of time.

To me it is purely Responsibility & Respect.

That includes that anyone who arrives late to an event that I am hosting or an appointment I have with them I take it personally. If you cannot show up on time when you stated or were told to, it's a loss on your part. I'll look down upon you and take it as disrespect towards me.

The same goes for anyone I work with, I've known people who always show up late on a consistant basis. There is no reason for this at all, it just burns more bad marks into your personal profile.

Its a lack of responsibility to be late, period.

(Note: there are outside influnces that can cause you to be late here and there, this is a given, but not a daily occurance.)
