I got the same thing, only on my chin. Dead center. Big ready-to-explode zit one week before my period. Sometimes I'd get one or two on a breast.
The only time you should really worry is if a rash develops around the areola-that's a sign of Paget's Disease.
Do you get sore and bigger breasts around the same time? Is the cyst under the edges of your bra? Are you on BC pills? There's any number of factors that could cause them, the most likely being hormonal. In case you forget to ask, write it down-when they appear, other symptoms at the same time, etc., to speak to the doctor about. I know it's easy to forget the questions when you get there.
