There is this stuff you can get in most sex stores called "Good Head" cream. You put it on the penis before giving a blow job. They come in flavours like mint, cherry, and cinnamon. The cream is supposed to help numb the gag reflex. I've tried it before and it seems to work well. Maybe it would work for you.
