I think the main reason it's not been done in the past before, is because unlike the titty board, we actually expect and want dicussion in the Music and Entertainment threads... we know that there isn't going to be any discussion in the titty board.
I think the main concern is that it would reduce posting, as some will simply give their rating and not even post how they feel about it. That's part of the reason polls don't always go over well... people press the button and move on.
Not a bad idea in general, we'll see how others feel about it.
