I don't consider Omaha Sessions to be their first CD. Music came out in 93, Omaha Sessions didn't come out until 98. Besides that, it you wanted to be critical about it, you'd have to list Hydroponic, Unity and Dammit, but I don't count those either. Omaha Sessions is good, but I also have the other three mentioned, and all the songs from Omaha Sessions came from those, so it's nothing too spectacular to me.
The five I really, really dig are Music, Grassroots, 311, Transistor and Soundsystem.
From Chaos is ok and has a couple pretty good tracks. Evolver is mediocre at best. Don't Tread on Me is just flat out boring.
Don't get any of this wrong, I'm still a fan. I was listening to some remixes of their shit today. Just not as rabid a fan as I used to be. I don't know if that's my fault or theirs, but it happened regardless.
