rough spot on foot
i have a patch on the top of my foot that is kind of hard and leathery. visually, it looks like regular skin, there isn't any discoloration or anything, but it looks a little more cracked and lined than the rest of the skin, but basically it's just tough rough leathery skin. could this just be a callus, or could it be something worse, some terrible skin disease? i only know what calluses are like on the toes or bottoms of the feet, and fingers, i don't know what they're like on the smooth flat surface on the tops of the feet, so i can't tell. i'm kinda nervous it's something like scleroderma.
if someone could just tell me that they've had something similar and it was nothing, that would be great, im a hypochondriac
