This is my first time back to these forums in awhile, and oddly enough I'm replying to a topic that seems quite specific and rare. No problem there.
Some biology:
I believe the rectum is designed to have roughly a 7inch passage that is presumably clear of anything, after that passage is there the magic of our digestive track enters final stages and the stool is being hardened and so forth. When one has to... and for lack of a better saying... do the number two the stool flows.
So to answer your original question -- no it's not like sticking your penis in a wad of stool.
