So I've been on a CKD diet for a while, eating the same thing Monday thorough Friday (and Sunday) and I'm getting pretty damn tired of it.
So I'm hoping some of you have excellent recipies/spice blends to fire up my meals (literally).
I tried the spice blend in
this recipe (I scrambled eggs into it), but it's not quite at that level. I
love Indian food (try Cafe Raj on Solano Avenue, Albany, CA), and this blend has a tint of "Indian-ess", but not quite the spice.
I figure it must be old/previously damp spices or perhaps it just isn't that hot. I'll try upping the red chili powder and see what that does.
I'd try
Spicy Curry Powder but I don't have all the ingredients.
So anyway, here's my meal plan and if you got any suggustions, I'm all ears and willing to try! I love the hot hot spiciness of Thai food and Indian food, so don't hold back!

5g creatine
5g glutamine
(an hour later)
1 TBSP OO, SO
2 egg whites
Non-WO Days
100g pork
1 TBSP EVOO
30g cheddar
100g salmon
1 TBSP EVOO
40g cheddar
