Just have to point out, you smoked 8-9 cigarettes in an hour and you have something to say about *her* breath?
I'm sure the guys here have given you much more ah...salient advice than I can on this issue, but uhhh, yeah. That can't have been real nice for her either, unless shes' a hard-core smoker as well I guess.
