i prefer asus to gigabyte, but they are both great makers. ocz and corsair are good brands, both have a lifetime warranty, they are nearly identical, same sped, same timing, the corsair is raited up to 2.1 volts instead of 2.0, but that only matters if your over clocking it and need to boost stability. I’d recommend the 3500 for the processor, its $17 more, but much more power:

the onboard graphics will be plenty unless you want dual monitors or gaming. and dont forget the asus is a micro ATX, so you can get a smaller case if you want.
don’t forget a good power supply
