The utilities that claim to do this would have to use the QuickBooks SDK to read the info from the file you download and push it into QuickBooks. This can be done. Check and see if these companies have a demo you can try or a return policy if you are not happy with the software.
You will also need to make sure they are compatible with your version of QuickBooks.
