Andy Ihnatko had a great article (which I can't find right now) of upgrading to new operating systems. He discussed the parable of the pizza. When the pizza arrives at the table, it looks wonderful. It smells wonderful. You want it, you want it now. However, chances are, if you bite it right now, you will burn the roof of your mouth and have that annonying flappy skin thing hanging down for a couple of days.
So, wait, find out what the major bugs are, then upgrade.
A beta of a web browser? Sure, I use the Bon Echo (Firefox) nightlies. But a beta of an operating system? No frickin' way.
