Not at all, I'm just of the opinion in this case that the needs of the many outweigh those of the few. It needs to be disposed and protected.
I'd rather it be in a central location rather than several sites across America. Sure the trucks would be putting people at risk as they move through states, no different than any of the biohazard materials that already go through. Again, making it a central location, allows for them to patrol and secure a single area instead of several.
